Stephanie Richardson is a seasoned dental consultant and founder of Dental Director Academy, bringing over 20 years of experience in practice management, dental assisting, and front-office operations. Having worked as a receptionist, RDA, office manager, coach, and Director of Operations, she understands the challenges dental teams face and knows what it takes to run a thriving practice.
With five years of coaching experience, Stephanie is passionate about empowering office managers and dental teams to reach their full potential. She believes that strong leadership and engaged teams are the foundation of a successful practice, and she works to instill a culture of continuous growth, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
