Having worked as a receptionist, RDA, office manager, coach, and Director of Operations, she understands the challenges dental teams face and knows what it takes to run a thriving practice.
With five years of coaching experience, Stephanie is passionate about empowering office managers and dental teams to reach their full potential. She believes that strong leadership and engaged teams are the foundation of a successful practice, and she works to instill a culture of continuous growth, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
