Refund Policy

At Dental Director Academy (DDA), we are committed to providing high-quality education and resources to support dental professionals in their leadership journey. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to offer fair and transparent policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. DDA Membership

  • Annual Subscription: Membership fees are charged on a recurring annual basis. Once a payment has been processed for the first year, it is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership any time prior to or within 30 days after your renewal, and you will not be charged for the billing cycle. Your access will remain active until the end of that current billing period.

2. Dental Director Certification Course

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature and open access of our digital courses and educational materials, purchases for the Director Certification Course are non-refundable.
  • Customer Satisfaction Commitment: If you experience any issues with the course, please reach out to us at info@dentaldirectoracademy.com so we can work with you to address your concerns and ensure a positive learning experience.

3. Growth Management Program

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We are so confident in our consulting program that we offer a 100% refund if you cancel within the first 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within the first month for a full refund.
  • Billing & Cancellation: Program fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis for the 12-months. We are committed to your success but if for some reason we cannot resolve issues or concerns after the initial 30-day period, then you may cancel with 30 days’ notice. However, once a payment has been processed for the current month, it is non-refundable.
